MEDIA RELEASE__The Ada FFA Chapter hosted the 2025-2026 Parent and Member FFA Banquet on March 18, 2026. The banquet was led by the 25-26 officer team: Dailah Preston, Kenley Poling, Cayden Wise, Gavin Guyton, Taylor Price, Layla Fisher, and Kaylee Giddens.
There were 247 guests in attendance to watch a large variety of our members be recognized for their success within the program.
A few successes: having 38 greenhand, 9 chapter, 5 state, and 2 American degree recipients, within our chapter.
Over spring break, Ohio Northern history professor Russ Crawford took his World War Memory students to London, Portsmouth, Normandy, Caen, Rouen, and Paris. He shares, "We made arrangements to rub Omaha Beach sand into the headstones of 4 Hardin County soldiers buried there. Unfortunately, our bus driver made several wrong turns, so we arrived too late. However, the people at the American Cemetery at Colleville went out the next day and found two of the graves, and sanded them. In Paris, we were able to take part in the Rekindling the Flame (to the Unknown Soldier) at the Arc de Triomphe. Sudents Courtney Garrison, Ayla Avila, and Russell Moorman laid a wreath as part of the ceremony."
