That's a bumble bee enjoying a bed of sedum. There's a pretty good chance that a cousin of this bee is on your backyard sedum. For a longer shot check the next photo.

You'll find this cement fence post on the corner of Phillips Road and Lincoln Highway. The top of the post reads: "Sept. 1 1912." It was written in the post before the cement hardened. There's even an artistic design above the date.
The person who wrote the date on the post is unknown.
To make it more interesting, this could be the oldest existing graffiti - we are stretching the definition here - related to the entire Lincoln Highway. The highway was conceived in 1912.
VAN WERT - Lincolnview won a four-team golf match of Northwest Conference foes Monday evening at the Hickory Sticks course.
The Lancers totaled 171 strokes to beat Crestview (196), Delphos Jefferson (206) and Ada (236).
Ada was led by freshman Brevin Sizemore, who shot a nine-hole score of 54. Alex Morgan carded a 58 to finish second for the Bulldogs. Junior Austin Amburgey posted a 60 and Ethan Hull registered a 64.
Jake Colwell shot 70 and Rob Allison added a total of 72.

ADA — The Ohio Northern men's tennis team will look to continue to move forward and challenge for an Ohio Athletic Conference title in 2017-18 under the guidance of second-year head coach Mike Bonnell.
In his first season as Ohio Northern's first full-time men's tennis head coach, Bonnell guided the Polar Bears to an 11-11 mark and a sixth place finish in the Ohio Athletic Conference.
