Liberty National Bank's Donald Price recognized by ICBA
Donald Price, Vice President of Commercial Lending for Liberty National Bank, has been recognized by the Independent Community Bankers Association (ICBA) as an Outstanding Community Lender.
The ICBA published the Outstanding Community Lenders in their July 2013 issue of the Independent Banker Magazine, recognizing only eight Commercial Lenders in the nation, with Price being one of the eight.
The ICBA stated that these eight commercial lenders represent the best of their profession – for genuine respect and admiration from co-workers, which is the highest endorsement any worker can receive.
Credibility and integrity are two principles that have guided Price’s community banking career for more than 20 years. He started his community banking career with Liberty National Bank three years ago with an $8 million portfolio. Within 33 months, it increased by almost 400 percent, to nearly $31 million.
Anna Maria Brenneman, SVP and Chief Lending Officer for Liberty National Bank said, “Don is extremely people-oriented. He’s able to very quickly build a rapport with customers. He is always true to his word so people very quickly understand and see that he genuinely cares about them.”
