Jeremy Imes was killed in an ATV accident near his home southeast of Ada on Monday night.

Alcohol is believed to have been a factor in the crash, according to the sheriff's report.

The crash occurred in a woods at the residence, 4597 State Route 701. Deputies believe Imes was driving the vehicle on a trail and struck a downed tree, which caused the ATV to flip over on top of him.

The sheriff's office was called just after midnight on Tuesday. Imes was deceased when officers arrived.
