ReStore Community Center, 210 N. Main, invites all to its Thanksgiving dinner on Tuesday. Doors open at 3:30 p.m. with serving beginning at 4 p.m.
More than 250 people are expected for the free dinner of ham, turkey and all the fixins'. The food is donated and prepared by individuals and organizations in the Ada area.
Ohio Northern Associate Professor Emerita Judith Greavu had one of her art pieces curated into the exhibition, “100x100 | 100 Sculptors, 100 Sculptures: A Survey of Contemporary Sculpture from the Midwest” at The Ella Sharp Museum in Michigan.
The 100 Sculptors, 100 Sculptures show is the third installment of a 30-year project for curator Ken Thompson in which he undertook a comprehensive look at sculpture being made at this time in the Midwest. The premise for this exhibit was to seek out a diverse group of 100 sculptors that represented as many approaches to sculpture as possible.

Light snow fell as theatre-goers entered the Freed Center on Saturday afternoon, giving a true holiday spirit to a fabulous ONU Holiday Spectacular performance.
A full house of patrons smiled and clapped throughout the 90-minute show.

The four local performances are over, but tickets can be purchased at the Freed Center and Lima Civic Center box offices and at Kewpee Restaurants for the shows in Lima on Friday, Dec. 2, through Sunday, Dec. 4. Curtain times are 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 2; 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 3; and 2 p.m. on Dec. 4.
