Nancy M Dilbone, 1953 - 2017
Nancy Marie Dilbone, age 64, died on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 7:10 a.m. at her residence in Harrod, Ohio.
Nancy was born on June 21, 1953 in Bluffton, Ohio to Harry F. “Fred” and Margaret J. (Wennesheimer) Corbet who preceded her in death. On August 5, 1973 Nancy married Curtis V. Dilbone and he survives in Harrod.
Nancy was a homemaker. She was a member of the Westminster Christian United Church of Christ, where she was active in its women’s fellowship. She was a 1972 graduate of Allen East High School. Nancy enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also loved attending the many events they were involved in. Nancy loved cooking, gardening and reading.
Also surviving are her four daughters: Tina (Brian) Hershberger of Lima, Angie (Doug) Francis of Findlay, Renee (Kevin) Kornowa of Sylvania and Kristen (Brian) Spallinger of Harrod; eleven grandchildren: Blake, Jacob, Ethan, Elsie, Jack, Lindsey, Claire, Thomas, Zackary, Cameron and Andrew; two brothers: Gordon (Jane) Donnelly of Kenton and James (Sandra) Corbet of Harrod; and two sisters: Mary (Paul “Bud”) Richardson of Harrod and Wanda (R. Mark) Wagner of Tuscon, AZ. She was loved by her many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 22, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada with Pastor Patrick Kamler officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Westminster.
Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 21, at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Westminster Christian United Church of Christ.
