November 1933 Mrs. Clara Warren, the first woman to hold a village office, was re-named Village Treasurer.
November 1933 Ada’s football team finished the football season “the undisputed champions of northwestern Ohio,” defeating Van Wert 19-0 and Defiance 18-0 in the last two games. On the Ada team were R. Clum, B. Neiswander, L. Anspach, H. Jamison, J. Corbett, W. Scott, B. Snyder, Z. Adam, J. Stambaugh, G. Botkin, C. Holman, E. Neiswander, and H. Florida.
