Wilkie Wright, age 92, died on Thursday, February 08, 2018 at 6:50 a.m. at the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy.
He was born on December 26, 1925 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Birl and Clora (Hall) Wright who preceded him in death. On July 22, 1951 Wilkie married Susie Hicks and she survives in Piqua.
Wilkie retired in 1981 after working for 37 years at Sheller Globe, Superior Coach Division of Lima. He later worked for the Hardin County Highway Dept retiring in 2001. Wilkie attended the Alger United Baptist Church.
Ada resident Jeanne Previte announced on Facebook that Friday, Feb. 9, is her "retirement night" from Jeanne's Kitchen, 112 Vine St., Bluffton.
The evening's menu is appropriately Italian.
"We will have Italian antipasto appetizers, Italian wedding soup, Italian vegetable
salad, lasagna or cheese ravioli, Pete's sausage peppers and onions and home dessert," she said.

The No. 15-ranked Ohio Northern women's basketball team saw four athletes score in double-figures as the Polar Bears defeated Heidelberg 90-44 at the ONU Sports Center on Wednesday evening.
