The Hardin County Commissioners released the following notice for a Special Meeting of the Marion-Hardin Corrections Commison at 3 p.m. on Friday, November 19 at the Hardin County Commissioner's Office, 1 Courthouse Square, Kenton.

The meeting purpose is to discuss the hiring of personnel and compensation.

On November 16, 2021, the Kenton Hardin Health Department announced it has been awarded national accreditation through the nonprofit Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB).

ONU has announced the men's lacrosse team will opens the 2022 season Feb. 19 at Alma. Home games at Dial-Roberson Stadium will follow the next two Saturdays. It's a chance to watch the oldest organized team sport in North America.
