Here are updates on Ohio's response to the COVID-19 pandemic from the governor's office.
VACCINATION PHASES
Because the availability of the vaccine remains limited in Ohio and across the country, Ohio is taking a phased approach that prioritizes the most vulnerable citizens, those in the healthcare field, and school staff members.
Phase 1A, which is currently underway, includes approximately 1 million Ohioans.
It is anticipated that vaccine distribution in Phase 1B will begin as Phase 1A begins to wind down.

2020 wasn’t really record-setting: not too hot, not too cold, not too much rain, nor too much snow.
The Liberty Township Park District Board and Ada Schools have been meeting to discuss renewal of the school contract with the park board for use of facilities.
Part of the talks have been about ways to improve the fields and facilities going forward to improve usability and safety for many athletic teams.
While talks have included strategic planning for improvements to be made in the future, the most immediate improvement discussed is the installation of turf at the Ada War Memorial Field.
One of the positive "signs" of 2020 was the return of this historic Ada sign. It's now on display in the main floor of the municipal building. It returned home last spring and was originally posted at an Ada village entrance where it was stolen several decades ago.
