While Summer Reading 2015 officially kicks off this Saturday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., with face painting, touch-a-truck, 4-H animals, and a huge used book sale led by the FRIENDS of the Library, that's just the tip of the iceberg!

If you can't make it Saturday just stop by during the following weeks to sign-up for the Summer Reading program: BABIES - ADULTS!

While the super hero summer reading program kicks off from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, May 30, at the Ada Public Library, it’s one of several library events planned in May and June.

The kick-off  includes face painting, touch-a-truck, 4-H animals on display, summer reading sign-up sheets and a used book sale.

Writing can be a lonely process. But it doesn't have to be!  

New Ada Library staffer Amy Eddings begins a bi-weekly meet-up for adult writers and aspiring writers at 6 p.m., tonight, Wednesday, May 13, at the Ada Public Library. 

Eddings will lead the group in writing practice exercises in the manner of Natalie Goldberg's classic guide, Writing Down the Bones. Copies of the book will be made available at the library. 

 

Ada Public Library has been selected to host a PT Tech person through the Guiding Ohio Online grant! Now we need candidates to apply!

  • Explain complex technological concepts in simple and clear terms through effective instruction?

Troubleshooting Devices, Thursday, May 21st, 11a.m.-12p.m.
Sign-up required!

This course offers an in-depth approach to troubleshooting common user and device problems associated with your digital content. This could include downloading, installing, playng, transferring, and much more!
