It's the first official Ada garage sale of 2014.

Community Health Professionals, 1200 S. Main St., will host a two-day garage sale. Dates and times are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, Feb. 21, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 22.

Donations to the sale are being accepted. All proceeds go to Community Health Professionals Hospice Patient Care Fund.

The Kenton AmVets Post 1994 will hold an all-you-can-eat fish dinner. The event is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 21, at the Post at 417 W. Espy St., Kenton.

It includes fish, baked beans, potato salad and roll for $7 donation. Call 419-673-1990 for more information and to schedule a free delivery.

The Ohio Northern University Freed Center for the Performing Arts and Nationwide Insurance present “Jungle Jack Hanna’s Into the Wild Live” on Saturday, Feb. 8, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Take a trip to the wild side and join America’s favorite zookeeper, “Jungle Jack,” as he features many of his favorite animals, fascinating stories and footage from around the world.

Weed Control Strategies is the focus of the next Conservation Tillage Club breakfast program Tuesday, Jan. 28 at the Plaza Inn in Mt. Victory. The meeting will begin at 7:30 a.m. with a complimentary buffet breakfast followed by the program at 8 a.m.  The program will feature Harold Watters, OSU Extension Field Specialist, Agronomic Systems.
