Ada Bulldogs wil be part of  Spirit Week at Hammer Brothers Haunted Circus in Waynesfiled.

BLUFFTON--“Condition Blue: The Acoustics of Aquatics,” a show from renowned contemporary ensemble CORDIS, comes to Bluffton University at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31 in Yoder Recital Hall. 

In partnership with National Geographic Society, CORDIS will perform on the world’s most creative collection of traditional and water-based instruments, set amidst breathtaking film and narration. The ensemble incorporates acoustic instruments, electronic sound generation and a visually striking presentation to actively engage the audience in experiencing and learning more about this valuable natural resource.

On Tuesday, November 1 The Inn at ONU will host its first Trivia Night. The Inn will have drink specials and put your knowledge to the test.

Here's what we have so far:

October 24 - Ada Kiwanis Halloween parade and costume contest

  • 6:00 p.m. behind Ada Municipal Bldg., 115 W Buckeye Ave.

October 27 - Trick or Treat Night

  • 5:30-7:30 p.m. (Rain, snow, or shine)

    • Vancrest of Ada Trunk or Treat
    • Ada First United Methodist Church Trunk or Treat

On December 3, the Hardin County Sheriff's Office will sponsor the annual "Shop with a Cop" program. The event allows children from Hardin County to spend a fun-filled day with Hardin County Law Enforcement and volunteers.

Donations are now being accepted at the Sheriff’s Office located at 1025 South Main Street Kenton, Ohio 43326. For further information on the program, please contact Detective Christina Henderson at 419-673-1268 ext. 1423.

The Hardin Soil and Water Conservation District invites you and your family to join them from 1:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 16 for Forestry Field Day at Russ Curtis & Rushcreek Sportsmen Club, 17950 Co Rd 85, Belle Center.

Bring your family and enjoy a fun filled day including horse drawn wagon rides, ham and bean soup, corn bread, hot dogs, smores and cider.

A rain date has been set for Sunday, October 23, 2022.
