The Cessna Minutemen 4-H Club will start their 4-H season on Monday, March
19th with an open house and sign up from 7:00 to 7:30pm at the Walnut Grove
Church,south of Kenton. Past members are from Ada, Hardin Northern, Kenton,
and Riverdale school districts. Both still and livestock projects are
available. Everyone is welcome!

As if exercise is a “one size fits all” type of thing. “I have to be able to walk a mile to get in any cardio. I have to be able to do a sit-up or a push-up to be able to work on any strengthening or touch my toes to really be able to stretch.”
