These ladies had no idea what their shift was going to be like when they sat down at their consoles on Friday, March 14th, 2025.
They came on shift at 3pm that day and had a working ditch fire on Township Road 92 that started around noon. Several resources from the West side of the county were deployed to help control the blaze. 6 fire Departments and 2 EMS agencies assisted on this fire and it was contained and cleared just before 5pm.

On March 10 a passerby noticed a barn on fire at 2094 CR 60 and notified the residents who were at home at the time.
Ada-Liberty Fire Chief Jay Epley reported that some contents of the barn were damaged but that firefighters executed a nice stop to the fire. Alger and McGuffey fire department provided assistance at the scene.
On March 13, 2025, at 5:54 p.m., Ada officers were dispatched to 735 North Main St, Apartment 14. Upon arrival, officers found a deceased 30-year-old male, Konner Ernest.
Konner was discovered by family members who had come to check on him. The Hardin County Coroner’s Office was contacted for assistance, and Konner was taken to Montgomery County for an autopsy.
The initial autopsy findings suggest that Konner passed away from natural causes.

On March 12, 2025, the body of Todd C. Musson was located in rural Hardin County. We would like to give our deepest condolences to the Musson family during this incredibly difficult time.
