The Village of Ada, Ohio has issued a snow emergency effective immediately. As such: during the existence of an emergency snow condition, no person shall park a motor vehicle upon the following public streets in the Village, as follows:

The Findlay Courier has reported that Gabriel Gratz of Ada was killed in a two-vehicle crash at 7:55 a.m. on Thursday, January 22.
Gratz was driving north on State Route 235 near Township Rd. 27 when he entered the southbound lane and struck a vehicle driven by Nicole Neely of Waterville.
Gratz was pronounced dead at the scene and Neely was transported to St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
Details were provided by the Hancock County Sheriff's Office.
The Lima News has reported that several people were injured in a January 19 crash involving a mini van and a Robinaugh EMS ambulance.
The incident occurred around 3:42 a.m. on State Route 309 between Township Road 15 and Township Road 25 in Liberty Township, Hardin County.
The van, operated by Monte Allen, 41, Lima, crossed the center line and struck a westbound ambulance, which overturned.
Occupants were extricated by first responders. Air and ground ambulances were used to transport the patients. The report said injuries wre not life-threatening.

Motorists & others advised to not be alarmed by light from pond!
A single vehicle crash that occurred earlier this evening at 1502 Twp. Rd. 150, Harrod resulted in the vehicle being submerged in a pond. The driver, who was the lone occupant was able to exit the vehicle to safety.
It was determined that divers and the towing & recovery company will return to the scene tomorrow to extract the vehicle from the pond.
