The Ohio Northern women's soccer team is ranked No. 14 in both the D3Soccer.com and the United Soccer Coaches poll.

Northern (17-1-2 overall) is ranked in both polls for the fifth consecutive week after posting a 1-0-1 record in the Ohio Athletic Conference tournament last week.

Northern returns to action Saturday morning at 11:30 am as it hosts Penn St.-Behrend in the first round of the NCAA III Tournament at Kerscher Stadium.

Senior center Amy Bullimore (Morrow/Little Miami) has been named a Preseason Honorable Mention All-American by D3Hoops.com.

Bullimore returns for her senior campaign in 2017-18 after being named a Women's Basketball Coaches Association Honorable Mention All-American in 2016-17.

The senior was tied for first on the team a season ago, averaging 14.1 points per contest and led the team in rebounds per contest (8.1), blocks per game (1.6), and field goal percentage (.529).

Senior Grant Cayot (Roanoke, Ind./Blackhawk Christian) was named to the Ohio Athletic Conference All-Tournament team for his efforts during last weeks OAC Tournament.

Cayot, a back for ONU (12-6-2 overall), was the lone Polar Bear to make the team.

The senior started every game for Northern this season, including making a start in its tournament game against Marietta.

Cayot is an All-OAC honoree for Northern, earning Second Team All-OAC honors in 2016.

The No. 13-ranked Ohio Northern women's soccer team saw four athletes named to the 2017 Ohio Athletic Conference All-Tournament team this past week.

This marks the first year the Ohio Athletic Conference and women's soccer teams have named an All-Tournament team.

Northern (17-1-2 overall) owned the No. 1 seed throughout the tournament as well as a first round bye.

The Polar Bears advanced to the Tournament finals after tying with Otterbein in the semifinals and winning in PK's, 3-2.

ONU would defeat Capital 2-0 in the tournament championship to claim its second OAC Tournament title in school history.
