After a flash of lightning led officials to eventually postpone Friday night's game at War Memorial Stadium to Saturday night, the Ada Bulldogs pulled off another conference win over the Columbus Grove Bulldogs in a two-night spectacular, 55-21. The Ohio Northern women's tennis team began their season with an 8-1 victory over St. Francis (Ind.) and 9-0 win over area foe Defiance Thursday afternoon at the University Courts.

St. Francis falls to 3-2 on the year while Defiance is now 0-1.
Against St. Francis, Northern started the match by sweeping all three doubles courts.
Ohio Northern junior Amanda Everlove has completed her competition for Team USA at the 2012 Paralympic Games in London.
Everlove finished 17th in the 100 freestyle (S8 Classification) in 1:19.38 on Thursday.
She made it to the finals in two of her events, placing eighth in the 100 fly in 1:18.56 on Aug. 30 and was eighth in the 200 I.M. in 3:00.49 on Sept. 5.
