Jason Szuch: “One of the best decisions we made was to stay in Ada”

Ada chamber members hear about two local businesses

“One of the best decisions we made was to stay in Ada,” says Jason Szuch, owner of two Ada-based businesses.

“The hard-working people of Ada separate us from our competitors,” he said, complimenting the work ethic found in his hometown.

Szuch shared his two-business start-up stories with Ada Area Chamber of Commerce members during the April 17 chamber breakfast held at Ada Public Library.

Those businesses are SAY Security Group USA, and Hospitality Wi-Fi, both located at 520 E. Montford Ave., in the Ada industrial park

Szuch’s passport reveals that he is a world-traveler with an Ada address. His companies take him literally around the world as he meets customers and explains the services his companies offer.

“I’ve traveled around the world five times, visited all continents except for Antarctica and  have logged about 150,000 miles in these trips,” he said.

Both companies must keep up with ever-changing technology he said, noting he has witnessed four or five major shifts in the past 18 years.

For example, the digital security system company is now following a demand to move into mobile surveillance, including police cars.

Meanwhile, the wireless internet company is found in 3,000 hotels and offices around the world. The Ada firm is the largest wireless provider for Holiday Inn, Choice and Best Western.

The invitation to Szuch to speak is a recent effort by the Ada chamber to introduce its members to the businesses and services provided in Ada.
