Final performance Sunday night

It's been the sound of music in the air in Ada the past three weeks. The 159-member Cadets drum and bugle corps practices as a group in the evenings. Mornings and afternoons are reserved for section practices. The Cadets will perform free for the community at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 14. Please note this is a change in time from 8 p.m. as reported previously.
Don't be late since their competition show is only 11 and a half minutes long. The Cadets are among the best in the nation each year. They compete from coast to coast with rigorous schedule that would find a candidate for President saying "slow down" to his/her staff. To see when and where the Cadets perform go to DCI.org. Some tickets to the international championships in Indianapolis can cost more than $100. (Monty Siekerman)
