Welcoming a baby is one of the most life-changing experiences a person can have, and preparing a birth plan can help ensure that this special moment reflects individual preferences and values. A birth plan is not a rigid set of rules but a guide to communicate expectations, desires and concerns with healthcare providers. It clarifies parents-to-be while allowing medical staff to understand what matters most to the family during labor, delivery and immediate newborn care.

EMS Chief Noah Babcock accepted the award, which honored the organization for its adoption of antibiotic prophylaxis for open fractures. The award was presented at an annual awards luncheon hosted by Lima FOP Lodge #8 and the Lima-Allen County Safe Community Coalition.

Drawing at 12 Noon on Friday, November 21. All winners will be called after the drawing. Pickup is that day and the following day from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Proceeds will benefit Beatitudes outreach programs.

On Saturday, November 8, Ada High School hosted the 48th annual Ada Music Feast, a show choir competition and collaboration by Ada students, teachers and community members. Ten schools participated in performances from 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
