FROM FACEBOOK__The Third District Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments at Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law on Tuesday, March 3.
Two cases will be heard, including one criminal case, State of Ohio v. Robby Maynard, and one civil case, Patty Auck v. Mark E. Stump.
Ohio Northern University's inaugural Oratory and Arts Festival, a celebration of student voice, creativity, and expression centered on the theme, "What Makes Us Human," the festival will celebrate the talents of high school students, freshman through senior year.

Nominated by their teachers, they are being recognized as top students in Northwest Ohio for their character, scholarship, leadership, and service. They will be honored at a regional celebration at Bluffton University on March 3.

More than 50,000 people from northwestern Ohio, and adjoining sections of Indiana and Michigan jammed the Lincoln Highway near Gomer Sunday to view Admiral Richard E. Byrd’s 37-ton monster snow cruiser that went into Pike Run there Saturday afternoon. It was not able to proceed on its trip from the Armour Institute in Chicago to Boston until Wednesday.
Ada wrestlers 11th in sectionals, 4 advance to district competition

LIMA__The Ada High School wrestling team produced one champion and four district qualifiers from the Div. III Northwest wrestling sectionals at Lima Central Catholic on Saturday, February 28.
The Bulldog matmen finished 11th at the 15-team tournament with 69 points. Four Ada grapplers qualified for the district tournament in Troy next weekend with top-four finishes in their weight class.
FROM FACEBOOK__The Ada Junior High Quiz Bowl team won the Hardin County Tournament on February 27, going undefeated against Upper Scioto Valley Local Schools, Kenton City Schools, and Riverdale Local Schools. Seventh grader Joseph Gargac led the team as the top scorer. This victory marks Ada’s 4th year in a row as Hardin County Champions.
