"Forward from Here," the next book discussion at Ada Public Library
While most of us can't think past Dec. 25, the Ada Public Library is already planning January events.
The next library book discussion is at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 8. The book to be discussed is "Forward From Here: Leaving Middle Age—and Other Unexpected Adventures," by Reeve Lindbergh
The library staff describes the book this way:
"In her funny and wistful new book, Reeve Lindbergh contemplates entering a new stage in life, turning sixty, the period her mother, Anne Morrow Lindbergh, once described as "the youth of old age." It is a time of life, she writes, that produces some unexpected surprises. Age brings loss, but also love; disaster, but also delight."
Persons interested in a copy of the book can contact the library.
