July 1915 the Town & Country league was organized to improve social relationship of women in the Ada area the officers included Mrs. H.E. Neff, president; Mrs. C.B. Hickernwll, Mrs. Grant Tressel, Mrs. Frank Baker, Mrs. Mungeon Cooney, Mrs. William Foucht, Mrs. C.C. Runser, and Mrs. C.E. Jameson, vice president; Mrs. H.R. Butler, recording secretary; Mrs. J.E. Hesser, corresponding secretary; Mrs. L.W. Campbell, treasurer, Mrs. Oscar High, Mrs. Daisy Bohannon, Mrs. M.E. Cunningham, and Mrs. L.O. Ream, board of managers.

September 1915 the first issue of the Northern Review was being set up with W.D. Robinson as editor-in-chief and Bernhard Ragner, managing editor.

December 1915 Ohio’s new traffic code provided a speed limit of eight miles an hour in the business district of a town; 15 miles per hour in residential districts; and 20 miles per hour on the open road. “No vehicle shall emerge from a garage, stable or private drive faster than a walk, or six miles per hour.
