Meet The Inn's new culinary chef
Abbie Linden has joined The Inn at ONU, Ada, as its culinary chef.
Linden said that she will focus on adding creative additions to the menus. Adding that she plans to create modern twists on classics, providing a delicious and fun dining experience for all.
A native of Springfield, she pursued her culinary career to places including Northwich, England, the Kentucky Derby and The Finger Lakes Food and Wine Festival.
She has won several culinary competitions and was featured as a field editor for “Taste of Home” magazine.
Explaining her initial interest in a culinary career, she said, “I can remember cooking with my grandmother and feeling such pride in the dishes we were able to create together.
“Being able to share that experience with not only her, but the people who ate the food I had made, was and still is, a feeling that I can't describe. I just love it.”
