Boys' face Otsego Oct. 21 • girls' play Mansfield Christian Oct. 24 • volleyball gets first-round bye

Division III soccer pairing were set on Sunday. Here's where Ada boys and girls teams are placed. 

The Ada boys soccer team was seeded fourth at the 12-team Div. III sectional drawing. Ada (8-7) will host 12th seed Otsego Wednesday, October 21 in the tournament.         

The winner will face Mansfield Christian Saturday, Oct. 24. The victor in that game will likely face unbeaten top seed Bluffton (12-0-2) Wednesday, Oct. 28 in the district semifinals.

Girls' travel to Delphos tonight • Boys face Tiffin Calvert Thursday

KENTON - Kenton defeated visiting Hardin County rival Ada 5-2 in a non-league boys soccer match Saturday evening at Robinson Field.

The defeat dropped the Bulldog record to 8-7. The Wildcats improved to 9-3-2 with the non-league victory.

Senior Jacob Poling tallied his 24th goal for Ada. Bulldog Carter Conley netted the other purple and gold score.

Wildcat Kyle Kirk put the game out of reach 5-2 on an unassisted goal with 47 seconds left to play.

Bulldog senior Ian Dellifield made eight saves in goal. Ada freshman keeper Colton Long also was credited with eight stops.

Ada schools picture retake day is Thursday, Oct. 15 in the 1986 gym, according to an announcement from the school. 

Preschool students, students who were absent on picture day, and new students will all get their picture taken this day. Students who would like retakes must return their original package to get their retakes completed. Online ordering is below.

If you would like to have your child's picture taken for school pictures, you may bring your student on campus on Thursday, Oct. 15 from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
