Ada Police arrest suspect, seek to return stolen items

The Ada Icon reports on a lot of public meetings in Ada but that still only accounts for a small fraction of the public meetings on our Community Calendar. In recent months I've begun reviewing minutes for meetings we don't sent a reporter to, including the library.

ADA__The Ada High School girls soccer team rallied late to tie visiting Columbus Grove 1-1 in their annual Bulldog battle on Saturday morning, September 13 at War Memorial Stadium.

Ada is now 9-1-2 after recording their second straight 1-1 tie at home.

Defending Northwest Conference champion CG ran its record to 5-1-2 with the result.

“Emily Gibson had a rock star performance in goal, making some great saves,” said Ada head coach Doug Dewese. “She was very busy as it was the first time we were out-shot by another team.
