FABrehab Services has opened a new outpatient therapy clinic serving Ada and Hardin County residents at the Community Health Professionals building, 1200 S. Main St. in Ada.

The public is invited to an open house and grand opening at the clinic on Wednesday,  April 30, from 4 – 6 p.m.

FABrehab and Community Health Professionals (CHP) are also teaming up to provide a full range of in-home therapy services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Based in Tiffin, FABrehab Services, LLC, was created in 2004 as a division of Fabrizio Chiropractic & Physical Rehabilitation Clinic.

A new Ada Icon advertiser, Bluffton Family Practice, the medical practice of Dr. Darrel R. Hotmire, D.O., will hold an open house from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, April 26, at its 582 Harmon Road office, Bluffton.

The open house celebrates the new building of the practice and enables the public to meet Cindy Stechschulte, RRT, PA-C, who recently joined the practice.

The new office includes five exam rooms and one additional room, plus expanded office space. Dr. Hotmire added that an important reason for the expansion was to add additional medical professionals to the staff.

The next Maple Crest Senior Living, Bluffton, Sunday buffet is April 27, according to Daren Lee, director of Maple Crest.

The menu includes:
• Raviolo stuffed with grilled vegetables in sun dried tomato sauce
• Chicken parmesan
• Mixed green salad
• Fresh Asparagus
• Garlic breadstick
• Lemon meringue pie
• Coffee and iced tea.

The buffet is in the Patio Room at Maple Crest from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is open to all adults 55 and older at a cost of $7.50 per person.
