Betty J. Yoast, age 80, died on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 10:50 a.m. at Lima Manor of Lima.
She was born on March 8, 1937 in Hardin County, Ohio to Charles and Lottie (Steele) King who preceded her in death.
Betty was a homemaker.
She attended the Lima Baptist Temple Church.
Betty is survived by a son, Harold (Dawn) Yoast of Lima; and two daughters: Elaine Yoast and Diane Caraway both of Lima; three grandchildren; a brother, Robert King of Lima; two sisters: Katherine Marshall of Sturgis, MI and Mildred Shepherd of Marshall, MI.
She was preceded in death by a sister Helen Spencer.
Harold E. Newland, 89, died on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 4:18 p.m. at Lima Memorial Health System.
He was born on January 12, 1928 in Alger, Ohio to Ora and Ethel (Dear) Newland
who preceded him in death. He married Dorothy J. Dulebohn on October 9, 1954 who also preceded him in death on May 16, 2007.
Harold was a graduate of the Alger High School in 1945, and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He worked for the Shell Oil Company for 35 years where he retired in 1986. He attended the Lima Trinity Wesleyan Church.
Milo Lyman “Mike” King, age 86, died on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 4:06 p.m. at his residence in Alger.
He was born on July 4, 1931 in West Newton, Auglaize County, Ohio to Harold and Retta (Shaw) King who preceded him in death. On November 1, 1953 Milo married Martha Klingler and they were married for 63 years. Martha survives in Alger.
Milo was a graduate of Harrod High School in 1949. He served in the U.S. Army for two years and six years in the reserve, during the Korean War. Milo was honorable discharged in June 1953.
David L. Ernest, 71, died Aug. 19, 2017, at the Ocala Regional Medical Center in Ocala, Florida. David was born Feb. 22, 1946, in Findlay to the late Delmer and Juanita (Gearing) Ernest. On Feb. 25, 1967 he married Nancy Cupples Ernest and she survives.
Angela Kay Joseph, age 56 died on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 4:32 a.m. at her residence in Alger surrounded by her family.
She was born on November 6, 1960 in Lima, Ohio to Melvin and Norma Jean (Hensley) Biederman, Sr. Her father survives in Wapakoneta and her mother preceded her in death.
Nancy Marie Dilbone, age 64, died on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 7:10 a.m. at her residence in Harrod, Ohio.
Nancy was born on June 21, 1953 in Bluffton, Ohio to Harry F. “Fred” and Margaret J. (Wennesheimer) Corbet who preceded her in death. On August 5, 1973 Nancy married Curtis V. Dilbone and he survives in Harrod.
