The Ada Kiwanis Club's tree planting date has changed according to Myrna McCurdy, club president.
The tree planting at the Ada Park was originally scheduled for July 9. It is now taking place on Wednesday evening, July 10.
President Myrna McCurdy called the weekly meeting (June 25) of the Ada Kiwanis Club to order at 12 p.m. at McIntosh Center, ONU.
The invocation was offered by Jon Umphress.
Chris Daniels was welcomed as a guest.
The membership anniversary of Mark Shull (July 1, 1962) was noted.
The wedding anniversary of Tom and Karen Kier (June 30, 1984) was also noted.

Three members of Ada's Lincoln Highway Committee, Jimmy Wilson, Angela Polachek and Deb Curlis had a table set up with some Ada memorabilia and some of the Lincoln Highway flags during the Lincoln Highway old car visit last week.
