With this week’s time change on Sunday, Nov. 4 at 2 a.m., Ohioans will gain an extra hour of sleep. The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), along with local safety officials, is reminding motorists about the importance of pedestrian safety with the upcoming time change.
