How fast has this school year passed us! It's the first week of December and there's lots happening in Ada schools. Here's a calendar update from the school website:

From 6 to 8 p.m. events take place at the Depot on Main, sponsored by the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce.
• Santa will meet youth of all ages in the Depot - he will arrive on a golf cart! • Two home school choirs from Miss Vicki's Music Studio will perform during the event • Horse and wagon rides will be provided • Cookies and punch will be served • Christmas lights and cutouts will be on the Depot lawn.

The always-popular sale of the new (2015) Bulldog Cards began this week by students of the Ada Music Department.
This year’s version of the discount card offers free food and other money-saving offers at Ada, Kenton, Bluffton and Lima area restaurants and businesses.
This year’s card includes more offers than ever before, and an attractive new design. Merchants featured on this year’s card include:

Due to the inclement weather this week, the Ada Academic Boosters Box Tops promotion is extended through Thanksgiving break.
Monday, Dec. 1, is the last day to turn in for chances to win $150, $100 or $50 Visa gift card. There will be three winners for both high school and middle school.

a jazz band concert,
