It's all about "balance"
Weekly workshops for Ada senior citizens on “balance,” are set from late April to June at Community Health Professionals, 1200 S. Main St., Ada.
Classes are Tuesdays from 1 to 3 p.m. held from April 23 to June 11.
The class includes eight 2-hour sessions, offered to 8 to 12 participants. The purpose is to increase strength and balance and to make changes to reduce fall risks in the home.
