The Johnny Appleseed Metro Park District will offer "Nature 101: Bats" at the McElroy Environmental Education Center at 7 p.m.,Tuesday, April 10.
Bats comprise the second largest group of mammals in the world with over 1000 species worldwide. Ohio is home to about a dozen species. Explore these fascinating animals and be prepared to put some preconceived notions to the test.

Answer: Agatha Christie, whose most popular murder mystery will be presented by Ada High School players on April 20-22.
“And Then There Were None” will be staged in the school auditorium at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. on Sunday that weekend. Tickets, available at the high school office, are only $5.

The Ohio Northern University Gospel Ensemble will present its annual spring concert at 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, in the McIntosh Center ballroom. The event is free and open to the public.
Guest conductors for this year’s concert includes former Gospel Ensemble members who have shared their talents in various music ministries. Guest musicians include Christopher Jordan, Casanova Green and David Williams, the son of a founding member of the ensemble.

The Varsity Singers competition show, performed during school year at many invitationals, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4, in the Ada Schools auditorium.
