Task Force charges seven establishments with underage sales of alcohol
On Feb. 20 and March 2 the Hardin County Crime Task Force conducted an underage sales of alcohol investigation at 20 county establishments that sell alcohol for consumption off premise, according to Hardin County Sheriff's Office.
According to the Sheriff's Office:
"This is done on a periodic basis throughout the county to ensure that minors are not being sold alcohol in our communities.
"Of the 20 establishments tested there were seven that did sell to the underage operative. Those stores are South Side Six in Dunkirk, 302 Carryout in Ada, Jumpin Jims and Fuel America in Kenton, The Rams Roost in McGuffey, S & K Minimart in Ridgeway and The Mt. Victory Drive Thru in Mt. Victory.
"Each of the individual employees were served summonses to appear in Hardin County Municipal Court for the violation."
