They came, they saw, they roared

They came, they saw, they roared.
Seven classes of tractors and semis roared down the dirt track to see which machine could go the farthest under the guidance of top notch drivers, both men and women.
The Hardin County Pullers had a perfect day for the Fall Brawl at Ada War Memorial Park on Saturday with sprinkles the day before, which kept the dust down, and rain falling just as the four-hour event concluded.
The event began with the National Anthem...no one, no one, took a knee, raised a fist, or remained seated. With hands over their hearts and hats taken off, all in attendance respected the American flag.
This was the sixth and final pull for the local pullers group in 2017. Ada hosted the pull on Memorial Day and at the F&M Picnic, as well.
