Ada village leaf pick up extended into December
The weather has been unusually warm for November in Ohio, but if you have lived in Ohio for more than one November, you know the weather is full of surprises. With the warmer weather, and lack of multiple hard frosts, the trees have held on tightly to their leaves this fall.
MAP SHOWING DISTRICTS AT BOTTOM OF STORY -
The village normally concludes loose leaf pick up service during the last week of November/first week of December. This year, however, the village has decided to extend loose leaf pick up service through Dec. 9.
The street crew will still follow the district pick up:
District A will be picked up Monday, Dec. 5
District B will be picked up Tuesday, Dec. 6
District C will be picked up Wednesday, Dec. 7
District D will be picked up Thursday, Dec. 8
Crews may check other areas of the village once they pick up in the designated district, but will be sure to have the district done on the day scheduled.
For more information on village wide leaf pick up service, or to check your district, please visit the village’s website at www.adaoh.org.
Bagged leaves are welcome for pick up; please call the Village office to let us know you have them ready.
Happy raking!
