Art by two Hardin County women set for Elzay Gallery
Two Hardin County natives will share their intaglio and relief prints, and artists books in this first 2017–18 exhibition at the ONU Elzay Gallery of Art.
The gallery season kicks-off on Sunday, Sept. 17 with “Home Is Where the Art Is,” a printmaking show by artists Marilyn (Turner) McPheron and Judith Steele.
After graduating from high school, both artists expanded their artistic capabilities through college, professional experiences, and personal endeavors. Now, these professional artists return home to Hardin County to share their work, perspectives, and mutual love for creating art.
The exhibit runs from Sept. 17 through Oct. 27. Gallery hours are 1–4:30p.m. daily while classes are in session.
