Live music at ONU: Senior recitals and jazz ensemble
SENIOR RECITAL: SOPHIA FIELDS, soprano

Sophia Fields is a senior double-major in communications and music from Lima, Ohio, studying in the studio of Lance Ashmore. Assisted by pianist Emily Hanson, her program will consist of over 13 pieces of opera and classical music. Free and open to the public.

Elizabeth Minturn is a music education major from Blacklick, Ohio, studying in the studio of Andrew Liebermann. Assisted by pianist Dr. Rebecca Casey, her program includes Three Preludes by George Gershwin (arr. James Cohn), Oblivion by Astor Piazzolla, Premiere Rhapsody by Claude Debussy, Madrigal by Philippe Gaubert (performed on flute), and Sonata for Clarinet and Piano by Francis Poulenc. Free and open to the public.
ONU JAZZ ENSEMBLE CONCERT
Tuesday, Dec. 9, at 7:30 p.m., The Bear Cave in McIntosh Center
Under the direction of Dr. David Kosmyna, join the ONU Jazz Ensemble for their annual winter concert. Titled "Hot Jazz on a Cold Night," the concert will feature Dr. Andrew Liebermann, saxophone, as guest artist. Free and open to the public.
